Mr. Arvind Poddar
Mr. Arvind Poddar has been the guiding light for the firm through its three decades
of operations. His professional career personifies the quality orientation that the
firm has aspired for and has modelled its service delivery process on. Mr. Arvind
Poddar is also a prominent and well respected figure in the trade and industrial
circles in India.
Companies from diverse industries including Banking, Insurance and Finance,
Pharmaceuticals, Electricals, Polythene Films, Textiles, Auto parts, Shipping and
Real Estate across different geographies have benefited from consulting him in
matters involving Assurance, Taxes and general business practices.
Apart from Client execution, he has been part of various business development
initiatives (public issue of equity share) and strategic decision and he has written
several articles and has been invited to speak at public forums on subjects
ranging from Taxation Policy to Public Finance and Management.
His leadership skills and professional competence have won him professional
accolades galore. Mr. Arvind Poddar was Chief Finance Officer (CFO), General
Manager (Finance) of various BSE, CSE & MSE listed company. His visionary ideas

Mr. Ayush Poddar
Mr. Ayush Poddar is a dynamic, inspiring and forward looking leader who is
working very confidently and strategically for the growth and transformation of
the Firm to the next level. Equipped with an inherent vibrancy, he is driving the
mission of creating a highly client centric and people centric organisation. A firm
believer of the entrepreneurial model, he inspires and ignites passion, creativity
and innovation in those around him.
He brings to fore a plethora of knowledge, experience and expertise with
proficiency and finesse. He has led various prestigious assurance and advisory
engagements for some very large and marquee clients in banking, Tea estate,
Charitable Organizations, Automotive Industry, Financial services, Hospitality,
insurance, manufacturing, infrastructure, education, oil & gas and real estate
sectors.
He has been with the Firm since early 2016 and has been a continual part of the
core leadership team. He has actively participated in various strategic policy
matters and initiatives of the group, strategic integration of firms and expansions
of team, offices and operations in India. With a passion for newer and challenging
opportunities, he has also been instrumental in group's foray into consulting and
advisory services in the area of IFRS/IND AS Reporting, Financial Modelling, XBRL &
iXBRL, Reporting, etc.
Kritika Poddar
Kritika Poddar, one of the main pillars of the firm, joined the firm in 2015 and
currently heads the GST, EU VAT, Dutch VAT and Indirect Taxation Division of the
Firm, as the National Practice Head. She also serves as a member of the
Management Committee of the Firm.
She has earned the reputation of being an acknowledged expert in the field of
GST and Indirect Taxations across numerous industries. With her strategic thinking
skills and professional acumen, she is able to work out realistic solutions to
vexatious problems that are faced by Clients. Kritika is a member of the Institute
of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
She also focus on corporate laws and regulatory frameworks, Kritika has been
instrumental in guiding clients through complex processes such as mergers,
acquisitions, and amalgamations and to determine the level of compliance and
threats to an Indian Company including obtaining regulatory approvals, licenses,
clarifications/dispensation from various regulatory authorities as may be required
for undertaking business activities in India in regulatory compliant manner which
include approvals from, SEBI, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Regional Director,
Company Law Board under Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Company Laws. In
addition to her regulatory expertise, Kritika is a member of the Institute of
Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
She has over a decade of experience with MNCs in India as well as international
enterprises. She has Authored articles on complex issues in GST like 'Post sale
discounts: Clarification or Confusion?', 'The impurities in the pure agency
provisions', 'Prioritization of tax proceeds during liquidation: The interdisciplinary
tussle', 'Can interest be retrospectively levied?', VAT implications on cancellation
fee by Airlines and Railways. Kritika brings valuable experience in the domains of
different Indirect Taxation Act and Rules and setting systems and processes.
